Project Manager

Project Manager Required in London GVR Solutions are seeking a Project Manager to join a well-establish main contractor who are currently in the market due to internal promotions within the business. As a main contractor they specialise in Fit-out and Refurbishment projects across bespoke residential, high-end retail, commercial and hospitality. Projects typically range from £1m - £5m in value. As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with the full life cycle of the project - from being awarded the job to handover and final account
• Day to day running of a project
• Cost management
• Programme management
• visiting sites and having the confidence to deal with big clients
• Manage the teams on the ground
• Strong leadership to have limited hierarchy with a silent undertone that they do know who’s running the project. The Project Manager must have/be:
• Professional and presentable, with a driven, proactive approach to work
• Commercially astute
• Experience on Commercial or Industrial projects is advantageous
• An understanding of the programming system Builder Trend
• A high level of quality control
• Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements
• Good communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with the client
• Documentation & reporting skills
