Job Description:
•    Seeking an experienced architect with 15 years in Performance Testing and Chaos Engineering skilled in leveraging advanced monitoring and cloud native tools to enhance system reliability and scalability
•    Design and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies to ensure system reliability and scalability.
•    Utilize Chaos Engineering principles to proactively identify system vulnerabilities and enhance resilience.
•    Work extensively with Chaos Monkey Gremlin and related tools to simulate failures and analyze system behavior under stress.
•    Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate performance and chaos testing into CICD pipelines.
•    Monitor and analyze system performance metrics using tools such as New Relic AWS CloudWatch and Azure Cloud Monitor to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
•    Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Performance Testing Chaos Engineering and Application Performance Monitoring.
•    Gather Non-functional Requirements NFR through log analysis user interviews reverse engineering and documentation.
•    Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team Roles and Responsibilities.
•    Lead the planning and execution of performance and chaos engineering tests across multiple applications and services.
•    Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for chaos experiments Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations to improve system efficiency.
•    Conduct root cause analysis for failures detected during chaos tests and collaborate with stakeholders to implement fixes.
•    Drive the adoption of chaos engineering culture and practices within the organization.
•    Provide technical guidance and support to cross functional teams on performance and chaos testing methodologies.
•    Utilize Application Performance Monitoring tools like New Relic for detailed performance monitoring and analysis.
•    Employ cloud native monitoring services such as AWS CloudWatch and Azure Cloud.
•    Monitor to track system health and performance.
•    Lead NFR gathering activities including log analysis user interviews reverse engineering and documentation to define performance criteria.
•    Prepare detailed reports and documentation on test results findings and improvement plans
