Outside Sales Rep (B2B) – $80K–$130K+ Year 1 | Uncapped Commission | High-Demand Service
Territory: South San Francisco → San Jose | Field-Based
Make money selling something businesses actually need. Smash My Trash helps companies cut their waste costs by up to 50%—and we do it with a simple, proven service that sells itself once you get in front of the right customer. We’re growing fast and need a true hunter who’s comfortable in the field, talking to business owners, and closing deals.

What You’ll Earn
$80,000–$130,000+ in Year 1 (base + uncapped commission)
Our current salesperson made over $130k last year in their first full year.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting daily (in-person) at warehouses, industrial parks & construction sites
Finding businesses using large roll-off dumpsters (20–40 yard)
Pitching a clear cost-saving solution
(this isn’t a “nice-to-have”)
Running quick on-site evaluations and demos
Closing deals and building long-term accounts
Owning your territory and pipeline

2+ years of outside B2B sales (construction, industrial, or service sales is a big plus)
Strong prospector (“hunter” mindset)
Comfortable walking job sites and talking to anyone
