Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As Kitchen Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently through effective administration, purchasing coordination, stock management support, record-keeping, and cross-departmental communication. Working closely with the Executive Chef and our Head Chefs, you will help maintain the highest standards expected within a luxury five-star hotel environment.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Handle internal and external communications with professionalism and confidentiality

• Prepare internal documents, presentations, briefing materials and reports

• Ensure all food safety, HACCP, and health & safety documentation is up to date and accurately filed

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Chef and kitchen management team

• Support the onboarding process internally for the new team members

• Assist in projects and initiatives to improve efficiency within the culinary operation.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.

This role is a maternity cover role for a fixed term period.

We are looking for team members who bring:

• Proven experience in a similar administrative, PA, or coordinator role — ideally within a hospitality or kitchen environment

• Genuine pride in their work

• Team spirit and trustworthiness

• Positive and professional demeanour in all interactions

• High level of accuracy and organisation, with excellent communication skills

• Solid command of Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and Outlook); knowledge of Fourth or other hospitality platform systems is an advantage

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Build relationships with other hotel departments to ensure a collaborative working environment

The expected salary package of our Kitchen Coordinator is £34,980 gross per annum (salary plus discretionary service charge)
