DV Cleared Python Developer | £550 per day | Outside IR35 | London

We are looking for an experienced DV Cleared Python Developer to join a long-term project, working onsite in London.

Role: DV Cleared Python Developer

Location: London, onsite

Rate: up to £550 per day

IR35: Outside IR35

Duration: 12 month contract, with strong prospects of extension.

Clearance: Active DV clearance required

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and enhance applications and services using Python
  • Build, deploy and maintain capabilities within air-gapped environments
  • Deploy and manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Build and integrate APIs and microservices
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflow orchestration
  • Configure and integrate workflow tooling such as Jira
  • Work with a range of database, search and storage technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within secure environments

Essential Experience

Active DV clearance is an essential requirement for this position.

  • Strong commercial Python development experience
  • Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience, including deployment and management
  • Previous experience working within air-gapped environments
  • Strong understanding of APIs and microservices
  • Experience with Prefect, Airflow or similar data pipeline/orchestration technologies
  • Experience configuring and integrating workflow tooling such as Jira

Experience with database and storage technologies such as:

  • SQL
  • Elasticsearch
  • MongoDB
  • DSE/Cassandra
  • Redis
  • Experience delivering solutions within complex, secure technical environments
