We're hiring on behalf of a leading global customer experience innovator that partners with well-known clients to deliver exceptional service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated Fraud Team, playing a crucial role in protecting customers of a major banking division.

The Role

• Respond to inbound calls to deliver world-class customer service and support.
• Investigate and raise scam and fraud cases for online and telephony banking.
• Handle objections while reassuring customers and securing their accounts.
• Investigate pending payments, approving where no fraudulent activity is detected.
• Educate customers on how to protect themselves against fraud and scams.
• Support customers with personal banking needs, including transfers and digital banking.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years' financial services experience in the UK.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
• Strong listening skills, conveying empathy, patience, and understanding.
• Ability to make complex decisions and work independently.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
