12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong coding expertise in Apex and LWC.
Extensive experience in Service Cloud architecture, design, and implementation.
Strong knowledge of Omni-Channel, Service Console, Complex Flows, Reporting & Dashboards.
Experience supporting large-scale Service Cloud environments (1000+ agents, multiple roles/profiles).
Ability to interact with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide technical/architectural solutions.
Excellent communication skills preferred.
