Sr. Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)
Long Term Contract
Fremont, CA 
  • 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong coding expertise in Apex and LWC.
  • Extensive experience in Service Cloud architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Omni-Channel, Service Console, Complex Flows, Reporting & Dashboards.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Service Cloud environments (1000+ agents, multiple roles/profiles).
  • Ability to interact with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide technical/architectural solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills preferred.
