The Role • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Pegasystems. • Provide operational support for enterprise PEGA infrastructure, including reviews, testing, and implementation of patches and upgrades. • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. • Develop and maintain complete and accurate documentation for supported environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using critical thinking skills. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience. • Previous business system solution development experience using Pegasystems (Pega). • 4+ years of experience building, managing, and supporting PEGA operating systems and application platforms. • 4+ years of experience with PEGA upgrade & patching activities and supporting PEGA applications. • Strong knowledge of PEGA features including application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, and reports. • Knowledge of Web technologies, including .Net or Java.
