Business Development Executive 24,000 - 30,000 West Malling, Kent (office-based, car is essential)
My client is currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This opportunity would suit a motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities and working towards sales targets. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their sales career within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses to identify sales opportunities and key decision-makers
• Generate qualified leads and book appointments
• Promote the company's products
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and identify their requirements
• Work towards appointment, KPI and sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates within systems

Skills & Experience

• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a positive and resilient attitude
• Target-driven and motivated by achieving results and earning commission
• Previous telesales, lead generation, appointment-setting or customer-facing experience would be advantageous
• Competent IT user with good administrative skills

Package

• 24,000 - 30,000 basic salary
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm
• Full sales training and ongoing support

• Office-based role in West Malling, car required
