Responsibilities
- Improve analytics operations by strengthening documentation, governance, delivery processes, and overall workflow efficiency.
- Help prioritize analytics work based on business value and support alignment of resources to high-impact initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and streamline reporting and data-related processes.
- Support taxonomy, governance, and the technical structure behind enterprise analytics capabilities.
- Contribute to executive and organizational reporting by building dashboards, scorecards, and presentation materials that communicate key performance insights.
- Assist with the rollout and adoption of standardized measurement frameworks and reporting methods.
- Monitor performance metrics and share recommendations that help improve analytics operations and reporting outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and business teams to support BI tools, data workflows, and reporting infrastructure.
- Manage BI workspaces, refresh schedules, dataflows, and related reporting support tasks.
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions while maintaining consistency with governance standards.
- Support a hybrid service and self-service analytics model by enabling business users with scalable tools and guidance.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Analytics Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern analytics or BI platforms.
- Experience supporting analytics operations, including project coordination, documentation, governance, and process improvement.
- Ability to develop and support reporting solutions that measure marketing performance and business impact.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Ability to manage work independently while staying aligned with broader team goals.
- Background in continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working in Agile or similar delivery environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Databricks, dbt, Atlan, or Airtable.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
- Experience using dbt for data modeling and transformation.
- Knowledge of web analytics platforms and digital experience measurement.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurement.
- Experience working in healthcare or other complex enterprise environments.
- Comfort with workflow automation and self-service analytics enablement.
