Pay Range: $23 - $24/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees execution of project plans for simple to moderately complex local and national marketing programs and initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately within the project.
• Collaborates across EBSA to provide timeline, cost estimates, risks, etc. associated with projects.
• May contribute to tactic recommendations and offer perspective during internal creative reviews.
• Oversees quality control of all deliverables.
• Consults with legal and compliance as needed to ensure regulatory compliance for communications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager/Director. No direct reports.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Must have 5 years of Marketing Project Management experience.
• Must have experience in managing marketing/creative campaigns (digital, print, branding, advertising).
• Agile Project Management experience (Agile/Scrum, Jira, Workfront, Asana, etc.)
• Undergraduate degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred. Graduate level studies helpful.
• License/Certification/Designation: Agile project management certification is a plus.
• Typically 5 or more years of related professional experience in project coordination or management role, preferably in marketing, insurance or financial services.
• Master''s Degree may be substituted for a portion of the experience requirements as appropriate.
• Advertising agency project coordination is a plus - including direct marketing campaigns, promotions, print, digital, social media.
• Agile project management experience preferred.
• Must have strong understanding of project management concepts and technique (agile, etc).
• Familiar with creative process as well as design and print/digital production; understanding of marketing concepts and terminology; Insurance and/or Financial Services product knowledge a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively as well as manage a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to express self clearly and organize ideas well.
• Understanding of the importance of teamwork and building rapport with others.
• Ability to function independently or in a team environment with supervision and guidance.
• Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
• Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and HR Business Partner.
