Job Description
Datacom is seeking an exceptional technology leader to transition from manual operations to an automated, AI-led Mode 2 platform engineering model for our Reliability Operations Hub (ROH).
You'll build a 24x7, AI-enabled platform that modernises hybrid/cloud environments, delivering safer, faster incident resolution and significant toil reduction while shaping a new SRE-as-a-Service offering.
