Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Bristol - Up to £45,000 Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in Bristol. CBW are currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 8 commercial buildings located in South the South of England (Bristol).

The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is a Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

Key duties &amp; Responsibilities Emergency Lighting &amp; Fire Alarm Maintenance<br />Carry out Reactive maintenance Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)<br />BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

Hot &amp; Colds etc)<br />Tap Temps<br />Ensuring log books are kept up to date<br />Escorting specialist sub contractors<br />Assisting other engineers<br />Offering technical supportHours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm Requirements City &amp; Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 &amp; 3<br />17th or 18th Edition<br />You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)<br />A proven track record in commercial building maintenance<br />An understanding of commercial building maintenance<br />Multi-skilled<br />Good communication skills<br />Excellent customer service skills<br />You must be happy to work on a "Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites across a large patchPackage Up to £45,000 (Based on experience / Qualifications)<br />Company Vehicle<br />PDA's<br />20 days holiday + BH<br />Overtime available<br />Training and development opportunities<br />Contributory pension schemePlease send your CV to Dan Barber at Cbw Staffing Solutions for more information
