They are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their dynamic team at their Schongau facility. The Role • Operate forming units according to production specifications and requirements. • Load machines with necessary materials. • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any technical issues. What You'll Need • Previous production experience or a completed apprenticeship as a Machine Operator, Industrial Mechanic, Metal Technology Specialist, or equivalent. • Proficiency in German (B1 level) for effective communication. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation. • Ability to work specific shift times: early (6 AM - 2 PM), late (2 PM - 10 PM), and night (10 PM - 6 AM), with shifts always starting on Mondays.
