We're hiring on behalf of a leading home improvement retailer renowned for empowering customers to achieve their project goals. They are looking for sales professionals passionate about design and customer satisfaction.

The Role

  • Visualizing customer desires using modern 3D planning tools.
  • Developing and presenting customized kitchen concepts that balance style, functionality, and budget.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation to contract completion.
  • Handling quotes, objections, and coordinating project logistics like delivery and installation.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales of kitchens.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current industry trends.
  • Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and standard office applications.
  • Exceptional sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • A confident, composed demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and an independent, goal-oriented work style.
