Senior Digital Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end visual and interaction design for digital experiences across web and mobile
• Translate client business goals and user insights into compelling design concepts and systems
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity comps, and production-ready assets
• Collaborate closely with UX, product, marketing, and engineering partners to align on requirements and execution
• Present concepts, rationale, and design decisions clearly to internal teams and clients
• Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines
• Use data, testing, and feedback to iterate and refine design solutions
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to best practices and design standards
