Job description

Blue Yonder WMS Consultant Production Support | Onsite

We have an immediate need for an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Consultant with strong expertise in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (BY WMS) 2019 or above, production support operations, and warehouse management solutions.

This is an onsite position based in Chicago, IL, for a candidate with experience, including approximately 8 years of hands-on BY WMS production support experience. Candidates should have strong expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
