As a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at JFrog you will . . .

- Operations & ATS Optimization: Drive global talent acquisition infrastructure by managing and optimizing recruiting systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and internal CRM knowledge management.
- Process Design & SOPs: Create, implement, and document scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to the unique talent market trends of the technology sector.
- Data & Analytics Reporting: Track trends and talent activity; optimize talent systems to enhance candidate management and process flows. Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports on time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
- AI Workflows & TA Projects: Design compliant, automated AI workflows—from job intake to interviewing—while managing multiple strategic projects.
To be a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at JFrog you need . . .
- Experience & Operations: Requires 5–7 years of experience in recruitment support, HR administration, or high-volume operational roles, demonstrating data-driven excellence in logistics and compliance.

- Communication & Business Acumen: Exceptional cross-functional communicator capable of handling candidate outreach, market research, and delivering a high-touch, empathetic experience to stakeholders.
- Professionalism & Credibility: Strong problem-solving mindset with an acute attention to detail, personal credibility, and absolute discretion when handling confidential candidate data.
