Job Description

Our client, a large and established manufacturing organization with 900+ employees, is seeking a seasoned Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations across a multi-site environment.
This highly visible leadership role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, succession management, employee relations, compliance, and change management initiatives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven ability to build strong teams, coach leaders, and execute initiatives that improve business performance.

Compensation:
$185,000 Base + 30% Bonus Potential
Travel:
Up to 20%

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the senior HR leader and strategic partner to operations leadership. Lead organizational development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Oversee employee relations, compliance, investigations, compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition. Drive workforce planning and organizational design strategies that support business growth. Utilize HR metrics and business data to guide decision-making and improve outcomes. Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 7 years at the Director leve l. Multi-site manufacturing, production, industrial, or distribution experience strongly preferred. Expertise in employment law, employee relations, organizational development, and change management. Experience supporting both executive leadership and hourly workforce populations. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Master's degree, UKG experience, and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
