The Role

• Consult on investment and insurance strategies, and develop financial plans for clients.
• Own the client experience by managing sales, service, and identifying opportunities for referrals.
• Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking.
• Develop and present sound financial recommendations and guidance, creating personalized financial plans.
• Proactively educate and coach branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) licenses required.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses required.
• Proven experience in client prospecting, relationship building, and customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and investment strategies.
