Job Summary
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Mobile AC Building Services Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you'll work across a mixed commercial portfolio in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire, completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and servicing of air conditioning and associated building services systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs in a safe and efficient manner.
• Servicing and maintaining split, VRF/VRV and other commercial AC systems.
• Completing maintenance records, job sheets and service reports accurately.
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health & safety procedures and relevant legislation.
• Responding promptly to breakdowns and client requests.
• Working independently across multiple commercial sites while maintaining strong relationships with customers and site teams.
• Identifying potential issues and recommending remedial works where required.
• Supporting the wider building services team with general mechanical and HVAC-related tasks.

Requirements

• F-Gas Cat 1
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• 3 years' experience working in a similar position
• Strong building services experience
• Clean UK driving licence
