Marketing Business Analyst - Marketing Transformation - MarTech - Customer Data - 12 Month FTC

• 12 month FTC role
• Remote Working - Travel once per quarter
• Salary up to £65,000 per Annum

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll support the delivery of customer-focused transformation initiatives across Marketing, Digital, CRM and Technology. Working with business and technical teams, you'll gather requirements, map processes and customer journeys, and help shape solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
• Map business processes, customer journeys and data flows.
• Support analysis across CRM, digital platforms and marketing operations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Contribute to solution design, recommendations and business change.

About You

• Experience as a Business Analyst within business, technology or transformation programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative, proactive and eager to learn.
• Experience with Marketing, CRM, Digital, Customer Experience or MarTech environments is advantageous.
• Dynamics 365 or Sitecore Experience
