Databricks L3 Support Lead

Provide Level 3 production support for Databricks-based data platforms and data pipelines.
Analyze and resolve complex incidents, root cause issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Troubleshoot Databricks workloads, clusters, notebooks, jobs, Delta Lake, and Spark applications.
Monitor platform health and proactively address performance and reliability concerns.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
Support data ingestion, transformation, and reporting pipelines.
Optimize Spark jobs for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Work closely with development teams during deployments and release activities.
Participate in on-call rotation and major incident management.
Create and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, SLOs, and operational governance standards.
Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and cloud-native tools.
