The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Direct creative execution for catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, stuffers, and emails.
• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative for new product selection.
• Foster efficient communication across departments regarding new and existing product development.
• Conceptualize product positioning strategies, considering competitive landscapes and customer perspectives.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify emerging product trends.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Experience with catalog development and management is a plus.
