SAP MM Architect

Role Summary: Lead solution architecture for SAP Material Master across a global S/4HANA environment. Own end-to-end design, impact analysis, and integration strategy with PLM and downstream systems to drive consistent, efficient master and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own Material Master solution architecture (configuration, data model, processes).
• Conduct end-to-end impact analysis for material master changes across P2P, O2C, planning, inventory, sourcing, and finance.
• Design and govern integration patterns between SAP and PLM platforms using data/interfaces, API, and standard interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into architectural solutions, evaluating trade-offs and recommending optimal approaches.
• Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and integration teams on solution implementation and change management.
• Maintain compliance with master data, data governance, and system integration standards.

Requirements (Mandatory):

• 8+ years in SAP MM / S/4HANA with deep experience in Material Master design and configuration.
• Proven ability to perform end-to-end impact and dependency analysis for major material-related changes.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration patterns with enterprise ERP, PLM, and downstream systems.

Preferred:

• Experience working with PLM-to-SAP Material Master integration (Teamcenter desired but not mandatory).
• Solution architecture mindset with experience defining design options and recommending architectures across business, SAP, PLM, and downstream systems.
