The Azurity Finance Team is searching for a Senior Finance Analyst BP&A to join the team as we enable the business to make profitable and well-founded decisions. This person needs to be a go-getter who can take full ownership of their areas. Our team seeks an experienced professional who is skilled, dependable and will partner successfully with the business leaders.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Partner with US finance and business leaders to drive planning, insights, and decision support
  • Support annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reporting cycles
  • Support long-range financial planning and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions
  • Deliver variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast) with clear, quantified drivers and actionable insights
  • Review GL balances and cost centers, identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and system adoption (Oracle ERP, Workday Adaptive Planning preferred)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of experience.
  • Extensive FP&A experience across (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow), revenue forecasting, valuations, and capital planning, with strong stakeholder partnership
  • Strong expertise in GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, and end-to-end close processes (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Proven team leader with advanced Excel expertise, strong process improvement mindset, and a quick learner who leverages evolving AI tools to drive automation and enhance efficiency

Preferred Skills

  • CFA and/or MBA in Finance
  • Strong analytical skills, able to identify and interpret trends and improve financial forecasting
  • Team player, with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to work with a diverse and broad range of stakeholders across the organization
  • Ability to work flexibly with conflicting demands so that work is scheduled to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
