We are seeking a dedicated HR Payroll Specialist to join a leading retail innovator known for its groundbreaking discount model and significant market presence. The Role

• Manage the monthly payroll process for various companies, ensuring compliance with all legal, tariff, and internal regulations.
• Prepare employment contracts and references, maintaining employee files and archives.
• Advise employees and managers on payroll-related matters, including labor, income tax, and social security law.
• Act as a key contact for health insurance providers, social security agencies, and authorities, handling reporting and certifications.
• Process and reconcile payroll data for accounting purposes, including journal entries and provisions.
• Stay updated on and implement changes in payroll legislation and requirements.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for optimization.

What You'll Need

• Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience in payroll or personnel administration.
• Solid understanding of current labor, income tax, and social security law.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HR and payroll systems, preferably SAP HCM or P&I Loga.
• High commitment, strong service orientation, initiative, and independent working style.
• Excellent teamwork, reliability, and resilience.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in digital (HR) transformation.
