The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in distress. • Start and finish your day from home, utilizing your technical expertise and customer service skills. • Work on demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime available. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
