The Role

• Provide active personal and medical care to residents.
• Implement and maintain care documentation and planning.
• Advise residents and their families on care needs and options.
• Support residents in structuring their daily lives.
• Ensure and contribute to the development of quality assurance measures in care.

What You'll Need

• Certified as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or equivalent.
• High degree of flexibility and empathy.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and residents' needs.
