IT Project Manager Data & Analytics

Must-Have Skills:
* 10+ years of IT Project Management experience with strong *Data & Analytics* project delivery expertise
* Strong experience managing *Agile/Scrum/Waterfall* projects end-to-end
* Data & Analytics programs involving *ETL, Data Warehousing, BI Reporting, Data Migration & Modernization*
* Hands-on project knowledge of *Informatica / SSIS / IDMC* or equivalent ETL platforms
* Strong understanding of *Power BI, Tableau, Cognos* and enterprise reporting
* Strong *SQL and database concepts* with understanding of data integration and validation
* Working knowledge of *Python / Shell scripting*
* Experience with *Azure Data Platform*, including cloud migration and analytics modernization
* Project management tools: *Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project*
* Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, risk/issue management and delivery governance
* Experience coordinating *business, data engineering, architecture, cloud and offshore/onshore teams*
Preferred Azure & Databricks Skills:
* Azure *Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog*
* *Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, ADLS Gen2*
* Data migration and cloud modernization programs
* *CI/CD, DevOps, Git*
* Cloud cost optimization and performance management
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of *Data & Analytics modernization and Azure cloud migration* programs
* Manage migration of legacy data platforms, ETL workloads, BI/reporting solutions and data warehouses to *Azure Databricks and Azure Data Services*
* Drive sprint planning, release management, delivery governance and project execution
* Manage schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues and escalations
* Oversee data migration, validation, reconciliation, testing and production cutover
* Provide executive-level status reporting, KPI tracking and steering committee updates
* Manage vendor teams and offshore/onshore delivery resources
* Drive automation, modernization and *AI/ML enablement* opportunities across the data ecosystem
