Mobile Customer Field Technician - Home Installations (Melbourne Metro)

nbn is hiring a Customer Field Technician to deliver hands-on installation, repair, activation and connection services in customers' homes across indoor and outdoor environments.

You will use a range of hand and power tools, follow safety procedures, and communicate clearly with customers to explain findings and outcomes. This is a permanent, full-time field-based role with structured training and ongoing support.
