CRM Technical Architect (Must have Pharma domain Exp)

Role Overview

a. Seeking experienced Commercial Pharmaceutical CRM Technical Architects to support technical solution design, integration, configuration, and implementation activities across Life Sciences CRM platforms.

b. The ideal candidate will combine strong CRM technical architecture expertise with a practical understanding of pharmaceutical commercial business operations.

c. This role will support technical delivery within Salesforce-led implementation teams and requires the ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable CRM solutions.

Technical Architecture & Solution Design

• Define technical architecture for pharmaceutical commercial CRM implementations.

• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and specifications.

• Support CRM platform configuration, customization, and development oversight.

• Evaluate technical dependencies, platform capabilities, and integration requirements.

CRM Integration & Data

• Design and support integrations with enterprise applications and commercial data platforms.

• Support customer master data, HCP/HCO information, and territory-related data flows.

• Collaborate with data migration and integration teams.

• Support API-based integrations, data quality, and technical troubleshooting.

Implementation & Technical Delivery

• Provide technical leadership during configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

• Support technical design reviews and solution governance.

• Work closely with functional architects and development teams.

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance considerations.

Compliance & Documentation

• Support appropriate security, access controls, and auditability.

• Document architecture decisions and technical configurations.

• Align technical solutions with applicable pharmaceutical commercial compliance requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with substantial commercial CRM exposure.

• Demonstrated CRM technical architecture experience.

• Hands-on experience with one or more relevant platforms: Salesforce, Veeva CRM, IQVIA OCE, or Pitcher.

• Strong technical solution design and integration capabilities.

• Experience supporting enterprise CRM implementation programs.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud architecture experience.

• Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Flow, APIs, or integration experience.

• Veeva CRM technical experience.

• Salesforce architecture certifications or relevant CRM technical certifications.

• CRM migration and modernization experience.

• Pharmaceutical commercial data and enterprise integration expertise.
