Senior Software Engineer/ .NET / Hybrid / South Suburbs of Chicago

A high-performing insurance organization is seeking a talented Senior Software Developer to join its growing technology team. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced engineer who is passionate about building modern software solutions using C#, .NET, React, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted development tools.
This is a hybrid position requiring onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday in the South Chicago suburbs. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with .NET Core
• 5+ years of experience with React
• 5+ years of experience with SQL
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience leading projects from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the insurance industry
