, along with specialized training, mentorship, marketing resources, and established systems to help you develop your business in this niche.

You’ll learn how to work with buyers, sellers, and investors involved in foreclosure and bank-owned properties. As you gain experience, you’ll develop a better understanding of distressed transactions while building the communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills needed to confidently guide clients through the process. You do not need previous foreclosure experience. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, comfortable working with people, and interested in developing expertise that can help differentiate them from other agents.

You’ll also have operational and marketing support available so you can spend more time working with leads, developing client relationships, and moving opportunities forward. First-year earning potential when goals are met: $180,000+
Leads provided. High commission split. Specialized training and mentorship available. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Applicants should have a real estate license or be actively working toward obtaining one.

Compensation

$125,500 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the foreclosure process, ensuring they understand each step and feel supported. Collaborate with buyers, sellers, and investors to identify opportunities in distressed properties. Utilize provided leads to build and maintain a robust client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships. Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms in foreclosure transactions. Stay informed about market trends and legal requirements related to foreclosures to provide accurate advice.

Leverage marketing resources to promote listings and attract potential buyers. Participate in specialized training sessions to enhance your expertise in the foreclosure market niche, ensuring continuous professional growth and development.

Qualifications

Real Estate License or in the process of getting one. Ability to guide clients through complex processes, ensuring they feel informed and supported at every step. Proven track record of effective negotiation skills, securing favorable terms for clients in transactions. Strong understanding of market trends and legal requirements related to foreclosures, or a willingness to learn. Ability to leverage marketing resources to promote listings and attract potential buyers. Comfortable working with a diverse range of clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors.
