Healthcare Technology / HIPAA / HL7 / FHIR
US Healthcare / Healthcare Tech experience preferred
Nearshore / Offshore Delivery – LATAM
Experience managing 50+ engineering & cross-functional contributors
Ideal candidates: Former Software Engineers, Technical Architects, Technical Product Managers, or Senior TPMs with strong technical depth and executive presence.
