The Role

• Provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage stock and complete necessary reporting for service operations.
• Deliver first-class customer service, representing the company with pride on customer driveways.
• Adapt to a new challenge every day, thinking on your feet to provide solutions.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
