Change Control & Governance Manager

Location: Renton, WA

Duration: Full Time

 

Responsibilities

1. Manage and govern the end-to-end software change control and solution delivery lifecycle.
2. Gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
3. Coordinate solution design, development, testing, release, and deployment activities.
4. Lead change governance, portfolio planning, and dependency management across multiple projects.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize, track, and communicate change progress.
6. Prepare and maintain change documentation, delivery plans, roadmaps, and status reports.
7. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant solution delivery.
8. Drive continuous improvement of change control processes and delivery governance.

 

Requirements :

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent).
2. Experience in change control, software delivery governance, project management, and SDLC.
3. Strong knowledge of API, web services, data integration, cloud computing, and multitenant SaaS architecture.
4. Understanding of system architecture, release management, testing, quality assurance, and risk management.
5. Experience working with cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, and portfolio planning.
6. Excellent communication, technical documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to identify root causes, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business requirements.
8. Self-motivated with strong collaboration, critical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset.
