The Role

• Complete practical phases within a local company.
• Specialize in one of four key areas: Hotel Management, Event Management, Tour Operator and Travel Sales Management, or System Gastronomy.
• Gain comprehensive experience across various hotel operations, applying flexibility as a versatile team member.
• Act as the primary point of contact for both national and international guests.
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and client-requested functions.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) college or university entrance qualification, or a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• An analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
• Interest in foreign cultures, with any prior international experience being a plus.
• Flexibility, teamwork, diligence, openness, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent German and English communication skills, with proficiency in an additional foreign language being beneficial.
• A friendly and open demeanor.
