ATG is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Minorities/Females/Vets/Disability Job Summary ATG is seeking a Systems Administrator (Windows) to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Code 104. The selected candidate will administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Windows server environments and enterprise infrastructure while ensuring system availability, security, and compliance with Department of the Navy and DoD requirements. Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, administer, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server operating systems. * Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and print services. * Perform server patching, vulnerability remediation, and STIG implementation. * Monitor system performance, availability, backups, and storage utilization. * Support virtualization platforms and enterprise server infrastructure. * Troubleshoot operating system, application, and infrastructure issues. * Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and configuration records. * Support RMF, cybersecurity compliance, and continuous monitoring activities. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum three (3) years of professional systems administration experience, including Microsoft Windows environments. * Current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification. * Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 5 investigation. * Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise infrastructure. * Knowledge of STIGs, RMF, and cybersecurity best practices. * U.S. Citizenship. Desired: * Microsoft Windows Server certification. * Experience supporting NAVSEA or Department of the Navy. * Experience with VMware, PowerShell scripting, and enterprise backup solutions.
