Senior Product Engineer (Full Stack)

Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid)Overview

TEKsystems is partnering with a major entertainment organization to identify a Senior Product Engineer to help evolve a strategic knowledge graph platform that connects information across a large storytelling ecosystem.
This team is looking for a collaborative, product-focused engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, partnering across teams, and contributing throughout the entire product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats, working through ambiguity, and leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate development.

What You'll Do

• Build and enhance full-stack applications supporting a strategic knowledge graph platform
• Develop modern user experiences using React
• Build and maintain backend services using Go and/or Python
• Design and consume GraphQL APIs
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Platform Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams
• Collaborate on system integrations and reusable platform solutions
• Participate in discovery, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and support activities
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase delivery speed and efficiency
• Work within a small, highly collaborative engineering team where flexibility and ownership are critical

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building and delivering products from concept through production
• Strong full-stack development capabilities
• Professional experience with React
• Backend experience with Go, Python, or both
• Experience working with APIs and modern integration patterns
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a highly collaborative team
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• GraphQL experience
• Knowledge graph or graph database experience (Neo4j, Neptune, Stardog, etc.)
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience integrating across enterprise platforms
• Product engineering experience in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and practical application of AI tooling

Requirements
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements. This position is not open to C2C, third-party candidates, or work directly on TEKsystems' W2.

This is a Contract position based out of Burbank, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $81.00/hr.
