The Role • Develop custom software solutions within an Agile framework. • Configure, analyze, develop, maintain, and refactor program code to support business functions and minimize technical debt. • Participate in application development using Java, Spring Framework, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for assigned applications, functional areas, or projects. • Document key work and stay current with technological advancements in your area of expertise. • Assist in responding to production issues and driving them to resolution. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 2+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, HTML5, and Web Services. • Demonstrable experience in JavaScript/HTML5 development. • Intermediate SQL skills and experience with relational databases. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. • Experience with version control systems like Git.
