The Role

• Enrich the lives of residents through dedicated care and companionship.
• Perform classic elderly care duties including medication management, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Foster trusting relationships with residents' families, medical professionals, and colleagues.
• Provide professional and human guidance to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns.
• Creatively contribute to the daily life and well-being of residents as a subject matter expert.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional (w/m/d).
• Alternatively, another completed vocational training in elderly or general healthcare/nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a respectful approach to all interactions.
• A strong team spirit and a passion for enriching the lives of others.
• Experience in elderly care or a related field is beneficial.
