The Role

• Contribute to maintaining a well-presented store and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Actively participate in daily operations including stocking shelves, product display, and operating modern point-of-sale systems.
• Ensure the functionality of self-checkout zones, guiding customers and offering assistance to enhance their shopping journey.
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake essential duties such as inventory management, cleaning, and stocktaking.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-facing industry, with some leadership or supervisory experience (e.g., shift lead).
• A strong team-player attitude with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and adapt to varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as coordinated with store leadership.
