Summary: • Lead software engineering efforts to extract meaning and value from structured and unstructured data using Java, Python, Scala, and NiFi • Design and implement big data processing workflows and analytics utilizing Pig, Hadoop MapReduce, and Spark • Construct automated dataflow systems, data ontologies, and machine learning models within enterprise cloud environments Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 6+ years • Total Compensation: $325k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Devise technical strategies to extract insight and value from complex structured and unstructured datasets • Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to identify patterns, behaviors, and anomalies • Build and scale data processing pipelines using Java, Python, Apache Spark, Hadoop MapReduce, and Apache NiFi • Develop new methodologies for automated data characterization, schema validation, and data enrichment • Analyze and develop technical requirements supporting the ingestion and processing of new data formats • Utilize query and visualization tools to present question-focused datasets and analytic results clearly • Provide technical leadership and collaborate across engineering teams to ensure high software quality and architectural integrity About SYSTOLIC: SYSTOLIC is dedicated to giving our employees the best possible company experience so that they can focus on providing outstanding support to their customer’s mission.
