Summary: • Lead software engineering efforts to extract meaningful insights and value from structured and unstructured data using Java, Python, Scala, and NiFi. • Develop and scale big data processing workflows and advanced analytics utilizing Pig, Hadoop MapReduce, and Spark. • Implement machine learning techniques, data ontologies, and dataflow solutions within cloud-based infrastructures.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 6+ years • Total Compensation: $325k+ yearly Job Description: • Devise strategies and methodologies to extract meaning and value from complex datasets. • Leverage statistical methods, machine learning, and data mining to identify behavioral patterns and trends. • Employ query and visualization tools to deliver question-focused datasets and reports. • Analyze requirements and build workflows for characterizing and ingesting varied data formats, including XML, CSV, and JSON. • Design, develop, and maintain analytic workflows using Java, Python, Scala, and NiFi. • Serve as a technical lead across development teams, ensuring software quality contr ol and delegating development tasks. • Interface with cloud services and data repositories to maintain compliant and efficient data movement.
