The Role

• Visualize customer ideas and transform them into dream kitchens using modern 3D planning tools.
• Develop and present individual kitchen concepts, balancing style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to contract closure.
• Create compelling offers, handle objections, and coordinate project logistics, including delivery and installation.
• Stay on top of the latest kitchen trends and offer creative, personalized solutions.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen design and direct kitchen sales.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current market offerings.
• Proficiency in 3D kitchen planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and standard office applications.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• A professional, confident demeanor with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• A creative flair and a passion for modern design tools and trends.
