Agile Project Coordinator

• 5 or more years of experience in technical project management across software and product delivery.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for work item tracking, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functions including pivot tables, financial forecasting, and budget modeling.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks, sprint coordination, and team ceremonies.
• Experience with external vendor relationship management, deliverable verification, and contract timelines.
• Experience in dependency mapping, proactive risk mitigation, and resolving technical delivery blockers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Maintain and organize work items, sprint backlogs, and deliverable tracking within Azure DevOps.
• Build and monitor comprehensive project financial models, forecasts, and budget trackers in Excel.
• Facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies, daily standups, and milestone progress reviews across product teams.
• Direct external vendor deliverables, milestones, and technical commitments to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Coordinate priorities and technical dependencies between product management and engineering teams.
• Identify critical path risks and operational blockers while driving proactive technical resolutions.
• Deliver structured milestone reports and stakeholder updates to establish clarity in ambiguous environments.
