They are seeking a skilled PKI System Administrator to support a significant enterprise IT contract, ensuring the seamless operation of complex systems in a large, multi-enclave environment. The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large enterprise, multi-enclave network environment. • Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, including server maintenance, patching, upgrades, and the implementation of new technologies. • Assist walkup and remote customers with PKI-related issues, including token card and soft certificate authentication and digital signing. • Train remote Trusted Agents on basic PKI duties. • Enforce security strategies and policies within established guidelines for Identity and Access Management (IdAM). • Mentor junior team members and update troubleshooting documentation for IT Operations Center personnel. What You'll Need • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technologies such as RCVS, OCSP, and Certificate Authorities. • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards and concepts. • Experience issuing, troubleshooting, and managing token cards for two-factor authentication. • Proficiency in troubleshooting soft-certificate issues for local and remote customers. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration and utilizing IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • TS/SCI with Poly clearance required, or TS/SCI and willingness to obtain a Poly.
