Job Description:   

• 36 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services. 

• 36 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services. 

• 36 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed child welfare application. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services. 

• 36 months of experience working on a large scale (15k+ users) roll out starting with a needs assessment, moving to production rollout and ending with ongoing support. 

• Bachelor’s Degree
