Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to drive an enterprise modernization project—converting legacy Oracle Forms applications into modern, secure, and high-performing Oracle APEX applications running on Oracle 19c.

Position Details

Role: Oracle APEX & Forms Developer
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Work Arrangement:Remote
Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person (Valid State/Federal Photo ID required)

Key Required Skills & Experience

Oracle APEX: 5+ years of hands-on experience building modern web applications.
Oracle PL/SQL: 5+ years in advanced PL/SQL (Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, & Complex Queries).
Database & Tools: Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS (19c) and hands-on tool usage with SQL Developer or TOAD.
Performance Tuning: Proven expertise in debugging, optimizing, and performance tuning SQL queries and PL/SQL code.
Integrations: Experience with Web Services integration and basic data modeling principles.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

Legacy Oracle Forms modernization/conversion experience.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum, Java, XML, HTML, and SOA Architecture.
Experience crafting technical documentation and system architecture guides.
