The Role

• Set up and operate processing machinery
• Perform quality checks and maintain documentation
• Conduct maintenance, cleaning, and preventative servicing of equipment
• Ensure timely delivery and production schedules
• Monitor and maintain the operational status of machinery and equipment
• Support testing of new technologies and processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, packaging technologist, or equivalent
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• High level of responsibility and a proactive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and with a focus on achieving goals
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
